Romain is from Alsace where he grew up in a vines and wines environment. He studied in Dijon to become an Oenologist/winemaker and completed his training with a master’s degree in wine and spirits business.
During his studies, he travelled to learn how to make wine in Switzerland with Bertrand CALOZ, at the Hospice de Beaune with Roland MASSE, in South Africa at HAMILTON RUSSELL Vineyard, in Morocco at THALVIN with Jacques POULAIN, but also in Champagne at Champagne MAILLY Grand Cru, and in Alsace with SCHLUMBERGER.
He started in the cooperage world with FRANCOIS Frères cooperage and worked there until 2016 before working on a family project.
He is joining us today as Sales Manager.
