Antoine worked the Blancs de Bourgogne in Puligny and today he holds the position of Technical Director of the Picard family properties at the Château de Chassagne Montrachet.
Born and raised in Bordeaux, Renan’s passion for winemaking was inspired by his grandmother, a connoisseur who taught him to appreciate a good wine.
Vineyard manager since 2012 at Domaine Chandon de Briailles in Savigny-lès-Beaune, owned by the Nicolay family since 1834. The 14 hectares of vines are spread over Aloxe-Corton, Savigny-lès-Beaune and Pernand-Vergelesses and are managed according to the principles of biodynamics.
